My Massage is a demanding, yet very relaxing and slow experience. Through a combination of deep, firm pressure and repeated muscle and joint release, a solid trusting foundation is formed, allowing the body to release and relax long-held tensions. You, as the receiver, provide regular feedback on the level of pain, and I adjust the pressure accordingly. You support the process by breathing deliberately, so you have always the option increasing or decreasing the pressure yourself.
The goal of this type of massage is to relieve mental and physical stress caused by weakened fascia and muscle tension, as well as to relieve any existing pain.
